Nevertheless, <br />the project's percent proportionate shares based upon <br />the difference between �995 traffic volumes with the <br />project and current traffic volumes are: <br />Madison Street & Evergreen Way 9.72 percent <br />75th Street S.E. & Evergreen Way 9.38 percent <br />79th Street S.E. & Evergreen Way 5.45 percent <br />8. At the S.R. 526/Evergreen Way interchange, WSDOT and <br />the City are planning major improvements. The left <br />turn movement at the southernmost driveway on <br />Evergreen Way is calculated to operate at LOS 'F'. <br />� However, the unsignalized intersection LOS techniques <br />do not take into account the effect of adjacent <br />traffic signals on the LOS. According to the HCM, <br />platooning on the main street may result in a fie].d <br />LOS khat is much bettar than that which is <br />calculated. Regardless, the driveway to Dladison <br />� Street may be utilized by left turning traffic from <br />the southernmost Evergreen Way driveway should delays <br />prove unacceptable.
