Currently, three intersections have a level of service <br />which is below 'D' during the p.m. peak hour. The <br />intersection of 37th Street¢Rucker Avenue is at LOS <br />'F' the intersection of Casino Road and Evergreen Way <br />� is at LOS 'E' and the intersection of Broadway <br />Avenue/S.R. 526 is currently at LOS 'F'. <br />4. ':,,� intersection of 37th Street and Rucker Avenue <br />currently unsignalized and does not meet signal <br />� warrants. Current traffic patterns suggest that <br />residents west of Rucker Avenue do not use this <br />inte.rsection to gain access to Rucker Avenue. <br />is <br />area <br />5. By 1995, in addition to the three intersections listed <br />above, the LOS at the 4'Ist Street/Evergreen Way, <br />�, Madison Street/Evergreen Way, 75th Street <br />S.E./Evergreer Way, 79th Street S.E./Evergreen Way, <br />and the S.R. 526 Ramps/Evergreer. Way intersections <br />will be below 'D' in the p.m. peak hour. These LOS <br />inadequacies will occur regardless of development of <br />the Everett Albertson's project. <br />� 6. <br />Based upon the City's traffic ordinance, the developer <br />is required to mitigate intersections which fall below <br />'D' regardless of the project's impact. At two <br />intersections, various mitigations were attempted <br />without the desired effect of improving the LOS to 'D' <br />or better. These intersections are 37th Street/Rucker <br />Avenue and 41st Street S.E./Evergreen Way. It does <br />not appear that there are any practical ways to <br />mitigace the ].ow LOS's at these intersections under <br />current volume projections. . <br />� 7.
