A <br />Revised Mitigated Determinatio❑ of <br />Non-Significa¢ce is now being issued for the <br />proposed 42, 880 square foot Albertso¢'s Food <br />Center, which also includes a revised traffic <br />mitigation impact fee. <br />The proposed 10,000 square foot office building <br />and 3,000 square foot restaurant pad will be <br />developed at a later date under separate <br />application.
