The listed requirements are placed in response to our review of this information. MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IDfPACTS 6Y SEPA 1. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. (SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies) 2. The Washington State Clean Air Act requires the use of all known, available, and reasonable means of controlling air pollution, including dust. Duet generated during construction activities can be controlled by wetting those dust sources such as areaa of exposed soils, wuahing truck wheels before they leave the site, and inatalling and maintaining gravel construction entrances. Construction vehicle track-out is also a major dust source. Any evidence of track-out ca¢ trigger violatione and fines from the Department of Ecology or the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency. iSEPA Natural Environment/Air Quality Policies) 3. Vegetated swales are required per City Design Standards. Sidewalk is required on the project's full frontage on Mndison Streel. The truck access is through private property other than that owned by the applicant. The City must be assured that this access will alWays remain open to the applicant.
