City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all <br />times during construction. Dust suppreseion and street cleaning must <br />occur as dicec'ed by the Yub11c Works Inspector. <br />7. Performance guar�intees are required for street and utility improvements. <br />8. A one year guarantee is required on the public improvements for an <br />amount not less than i0% of the cost of construction and shall run for <br />one year from the date of issuance of the first Occupancy Permit for <br />the project. <br />9. On-site water main will be staked within an easement to the City. The <br />easeme¢t will he submitted to the City p:ior to issuance of permits. <br />10. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water system will be <br />required to be submitted. per City design and construction standards and <br />specifirations. <br />Fire Flow - Based upon 42,000 square feet of Type II-N or Type III-N, <br />sprinklered construction. The fire flocr requirement is 2,250 GPM. <br />Al1 required access roads and fire hydrants must be in service prior to <br />commenceme¢t of co¢struction. <br />F1re safety practices during construction must be in compliance with <br />Article 87 of the Uniform Fire Cocle. <br />Outdoor Burning - The City of �erett nrohiblta outdoor burning. <br />Therefore, no fires for the purpose of disposing oE construction dehris <br />will be allowed. <br />15. When access to or withi¢ a structure or an area is unduly difficult <br />because of secured opening, or where immediate access is necessary for <br />life saving or fire-fighting purposes, the Fire Department may <br />recommend or require a key box to be installed in an accessible <br />location. A rapid entry system may also be desirable in order to avoid <br />unnecessary damage while making entry to any building during a❑ <br />emergency situation. <br />16. Pre�ises ID - Premises must Ue clearly identified by address at the <br />st:eet entry. <br />17. Building ID - Fach building muet be �iearly ide¢tified so as to be <br />visible and legible from the access road. <br />18. fhe �erett Police Department has the following security <br />recommendations: <br />ALBERTSON STORE: <br />a.
