Y/ASH'�NGTON <br />9�:Uf <br />It has come to our attention and verified by on-site inspectlon, that several <br />outdoor exotic animal kennels have been constructed without a building permit <br />and in violatia¢ of the Everett Zoning Code. Under Section 18.02, such a use <br />is not peimitted in a II=2 zone. <br />Therefore, we request that all kennels be removed by no later than <br />March 2, 1990. A reinspection will be made o¢ that date to ensure compliance <br />with our code. Failure to do so wlll result in formal enforcement action <br />which carries a penalty of up to $1,000.00 per day. <br />Due to the nature of this violation and the potential hazard to the public, we <br />ask for your immediatc attentlon to this matter.
