The Owners agree that the sole use of tFie off-site parking area lorated on said <br />LOT 130, shall bc to suppart the commercial uses within the building located on sald LOT 131. <br />2. The Owners agrce that the off-site parking 2rea on LOT 130 and the building on <br />I.OT 131 shall remain under common ownershfp undl such time that the building is rem�ved, or <br />the site upon which the building fs loc:ated is redeveloped to meet all zoning and other City code <br />requirements in effect at the Urne of redevelopment, or other arrangements to meet the required <br />parking for the: buiidin; are approved by the City.
