The first phase will consist of � 9,400 sf building for <br />saies and service of used cars, and paving for car display and cusromer parking. Fu[ure <br />phases will include construction of a 4,600 sf storage building for cars, a 3,000 sf inezzanine <br />in the main building, and a 4,650 sf expansion at the rear of the building. <br />Approximately 8,400 cubic yards of fill will be required.
