The City Eield Inspector visited the job site at <br />various times in 1973 and January of 1974 at which <br />time the curbing and similar improvements were <br />discussed with the Contractor. <br />In view of the above action, we feel the City made an ali- <br />out effort to advise the Contractor of what improvements <br />were to be made within the City Rights-of-Way. <br />Also we would like to note further that i+_ is common procedure <br />for most owners and/or their representatives to include <br />in their plans for a building permit only that portion of <br />the development within the private property. It is at this <br />time the City makes an effort to develop and coordinate <br />improvements within the public rights-of-way abutting <br />their property, and then to issue a permit to do so. <br />cc: Dlayor's OPfice <br />Community Development Dept. <br />
