Your plans specify only <br />one unit as a refrigerator/freezer. If future inspections <br />show refrigeration is inadequate, anoL-her NSF unit or walkin <br />cooler wi.11 be required. <br />(10) TuUe dispensers should be installed near soft d:rink machine <br />for the storage of single service dispensing cups, <br />(11) Ventilation hood shall be designed to prevent grease or <br />condensation from collecting on wa11s and ceilings and from <br />dripping into food or on food contact surfaces. Filters <br />shall be readily removable for cleaning. <br />(12) Restroom facility must have su£ficient ventilation mechanically <br />vented to the outside to keep it free of obnoxious odors, <br />smoke, and fumes. <br />(13) The junctures between the floors and walls shal?. be coved and <br />sealed. <br />(14) Suitable facilities shall be provided and used for the orderly <br />storage of employee clothing and other belongings, <br />(15) All building and fire codes for the City of Everett must be <br />follo�oed. <br />(16) ThP Board of Health has instituted a fee of $25.00 per hour <br />for the review of plans and specifications. Your total review <br />time is three hours or $75.00.
