The layout plans and specifications for the above food- service establishment has been reviewed with the follow- ing comments: 1., a. Will you prepare foods which will rrquire a food preparation sinkY If so, an approved sink with one or more compartments would be required. Also, the sink must have a drainboard. The sink must be plumbed to an indirect drain.
