The plans <br />must show the layout, construction materials, <br />location, size, type of fixed equipment and facilities. <br />In 1980, the Snohomish Health District's Board of <br />Health established a plan review charge for review of <br />all layout plans an3 specifications. The fee schedule <br />is $25.00 per hour to a maximum of $250.00.
