In 1980, the Snohomish Health D:istrict's Board of Health <br />established a plan review charg� for review of layout plans <br />and specifications. The fee schedule is $25.00 per hour <br />to a maximum of $250.00. Your total review time is one and <br />a half (1�) hours. Therefore, there will be a$37.50 charge. <br />The fee must be paid prior to issuing your cocktail lounge <br />permit. <br />11. This year, your cocktail lounge permit will be issued separately <br />from your restaurant permit. Next year, you wi11 be issued <br />one (1) permit for both operations.
