Specifically, the proposal falls wit�in the Categorical Exemption <br />for Minor New Construction; Section WAC 197-10-..70 (1), Subsections (c) and <br />(m). <br />The existing service station was constructed prior to the passage of <br />SEPA, and the car wash addition is appioximately 1,152 sq. ft.
