( Motion Carried DEMOLITION RESOLUTION (CB7710-368) Mr. Johnson then reported on three frame structures containing five dwelling units at 7526 Evergreen Way owned by a Joe F. Malotte. Mr. Johnson said the electrical systems were damaged, the plumbing systems incomplete, damaged a.nd substandard, and the heating systems inadequate. The interior walls, floors and ceilings were damaged, the windows, win- dow frames, doors are nissing and/or broken allowing access to the pub- lic. He said these structures have been vacant for over a year and have been a neighborhood problem and harbor for transients. The owner had refused to remove the buildings. He requested demolition. Mr. bialotte reported he had sold this property and requested a 30 day delay for the papers to clear. Mr.Art Brandvold then said his soa had purchased this property and seconded the request for a delay so that the new owner could either repair or demolish these buildings. Moved by Councilman Aldcroft,'seconded by Councilman Langus to adopt Resolution No. 1369 as follows to be effective within 45 days.
