With the addition of <br />the following items, the plans are approved. <br />There snall be no direct connections between the sewerage <br />systern and any drains originating from equipment in which <br />fngt', is placed. This includes the tank in the fish servl•>e <br />area. <br />2. All food service equipment shall meet the requirements of <br />the National Sanitation Foundation, N.S.F., or equivalent. <br />+. Walls and ceiling of the fc d preparation and scullery area <br />shall be light-colored, smooth, nonabsorbent and easily <br />cleanable. <br />d. Provide adequate protective light shields for all lights in <br />the food preparation and storage areas. <br />S. All floor drains to walk-in coolers must be located outside <br />the boxes. (Produce, bleat, Fish) <br />6. Provide a handwashing sink to the fish preparation area and <br />the fresh pizza cart. <br />
