Master Plan currently before th= City Council for approval will provide retention facilities," is misleading and erroneous. No funds have been provided by City for design or construction of detention facilities in Pigeon Creek.. There is no reason to believe that any such funds will be provided during 1978. n prerequisite to development of this site will be compliance with the existing drain- age ordinance. This means preparation of a drainage plan which can be approved by the Engineering Department, the reference to working "closely with the City Staff — to pro- vide temporary retention basins" should nat be deleted. The City Staff does not prepare the drainage plain either, wholly or in part. The drainage plan will not be affected by any future proposals for detention basins in Pigeon Creek. The whole paragraph under "water" - pg. g, should be deleted and replace with some- thing like,"The control of storra water run-off from the site to the Pigeon Creek basin will be as specified in the drainage plan approved by the Engineering Department of the City of Everett and conforming to the requirements of the drainage ordinance in the Everett Municipal Code,"
