Mayberry,
Transmitted 'herewith are two sets of drawings Sheets
OS-1 thru OS-4 Revised 9/S/79. These revi ions reflect the
comments of your department staff review drawings and conver-
sations held relative to those drawings.
We sul:mit the following relative to comments on the review
drawings:
1. All driveway widths as ori.;-inally submitted have been dis-
cussed in various meetings with Celia Strong over the past
several months. It does ant seem to be appropriate at this
time for your department to ask for changes in the pro-
viously ap,reed upon widths unless there are compelling reasons.
All driv:niay types as ori-;i.nall; submitted cave been discussed
in the greetings with Celia Strong. Again this does riot seed
to be an appropriate ti—e to require changes, specifically to
the easterly driveway onto 75th Street.
S. The westerly driveway to 75th St. is shown as an APIIA type
"D" driveway, Wa understand the reasons for this and do not
object to that decision. hOweVar we feel that reduction to
a 20 ft. width plus aprons :rill ma?,e it almost unusable and
hazardous. We request th—_ maximum width that City Ordinances
will allow, preferably 30 ft. plus aprons.
IC.
M E M B E R S 0 F T H E A M E R I C A N I N S T I T U T E 0 F A R C H I T E C T S
