We have indicated and request approval of 20 ft. ra 'lus curba at the 75th St. Driveways. The 45 ft. width of the center driveway on 75th St., was proposed to give easy access and also to permit easy turning of the large trucks that servo Safeway at other than business hours. S. A full length plan of 75th St. is submitted with our drawings as a supplement so your department can study lane marking requirements and loft turn storage space. This drawing is numbered O.S. Sup. -I. 6, We have indicated a connection of the easterly end of the pathway to the sidewalk at Beverly Blvd. However, the City must verity that the right-of-way has been aquirod before this construction .a proceed. 7. Buffer landscaping location is shown on drawings suhmizced to the City Building Department on 8/10/79. 8. Other review comments have been changed on the drawings. Our drawings were submitted to Celia Strong 7/27/79 with a letter stressing our concerns about timing. A copy of that letter is attached. 'pis. Strong in a letter dated 7/31/79 requested four (4) more sets of drawings that :reek. We delivered those drawings 80 09 . A copy of that letter is attached. The above mentioned letter indicated that review would take 10 to 15 working days. I picked up the review set 8/30/7U with comments that two driveway widths could not be approved without internal circulation plans. Internal circulation plans or more specifically the parking layout were filed with the City Building Department 8/10/79 and presumably were circulated to yaur depart- mont. These drawings were found 8/30/79 after considerable searching in the Engineering Department offices and apparently were not reviewed.
