DYKEMAN & OGr)EN, ARCHITECTS P.S.
Mir. Lon Mayberry
City of Everett
September 6
Page 3
Re: Cascade Shopping Center - Offsite Improvoment Drawings
Per recent conversations with Augh i4arron, Reininga Corp-
oration is submitting a limited Power of Attorney with respect
to participating in the cost of a new culvert under 75th St.
and completion of streot improvements to their easterly property
b3undry at the appropriate time. The drawings being submitted
reflect the stopping of the project 10' wo::t of Reininga's east
property line since it appears that culvert improvement is not
f.asible at thi.. time. We see no justification or logic in
stopping the 75ti, St. wort: 58 feet short of the easterly Reininga
property line as set forth as an alternative in the 8/15/79 letter
signed by Celia Strong.
At this time we have the following two concerns.
1. Getting all issues resolved so work can proceed on the
offsite improvements.
2. Getting, a permit for site clearing and grading.
We feel that every effort is being made to comply with the
requirements on a timely basis and request that the clearing and
grading permit not be held up while final issues are resolved.
Thank yot, very much for your help in Ms. Stronas absence.
Very truly yours,
Robert G.
