With the addition of <br />the following Items, the plans are approved. <br />I. There shall be no direct connections between the sewerage <br />system and any drains originating froin equ�pment in which <br />food is piaced. This includes the tank in the ffsh service <br />area. <br />%. All food service eGulpment shall meet the requirements of <br />the National Sanitation Foundation, N.S.F., or equivalent. <br />3. Walls and ceiling of the food preparation and scullery area <br />shall be light-culored, smooth, nonabsorbent and easil,v <br />cleanable. <br />�1.
