ECZ should be advised of any changes in the configuration, <br />design, elevation or location of the proposed structures for the <br />purpose of reviewing and revisiiig, if necessary, any <br />recommendations preaented in this rep�rt. In any case, it is <br />recommended tliat Earth Consnitants, Inc. provide a general <br />geotechnical review of the final design and the implementation of <br />these recommendations. <br />Our scope of work included the drilling of seven test borings, <br />excavation of one test pit and laboratory testing of soil samples. <br />Foundation support recommendations and criteria for earthwork were <br />based on results of the field and laboratory activities. <br />'I`his report has been prepared for specific application to this <br />project in accordance with generally accepted geotechnical <br />engineering practices for the exclusive use of Vyzis Commercial <br />Brokerage and Development Co�any and their representatives. No <br />other warranty, expressed or implied, is made. We recommend that <br />this report, in its entirety, be included in the project contract <br />documents for the information of the contractor. <br />The details and results of our field exploration and <br />laboratory testing programs are presented in the appendix to this <br />report. Our recommendations, based on site observations and <br />engineering analysis, are presented following the diecussion of <br />site conditions. <br />SITE CONDITIONS <br />Surface <br />The subject site is located in the northeast corner of the <br />intersection formed by Evergreen Way and Ca�us Parkway, in the <br />City of Everett, Washington. The existing Cascade Shopping Center <br />occupies the northern one-half of the property. Undeveloped land <br />borders the �•i.t� to the east.
