Soil and groundwater conditions between test pits may vary from thoe� encountered during the fieldwork. The nature and exrent of variations may not become evident until construction. If variation� then appear, Earth Consultants, Inc. should be allowed to reevaluate the recortr men�ations of this report prior to proceeding with the construction.
