OF PROPOSAI.: The requested action is for the issuance of Buildiag and Public Works permits and a short aubdivision amendment to allow for the constructioa of a new ARCO AM/PM Mini-Market facility with a coavenience retail market and gasoline eales. The proposal includes one 2,696-square-foot mini-market building and one 30-foot-by-55-foot-gasoliae p�p ieland canopy with eight pumps, newly installed laadecaping, paving, lot lighta and signages.
