Any grading/fill on this site shall be doae so as to not impact the surrouading properties. Screening of all outdoor refuse disposal areas must be provided so that they are not visible from public righta-o£-�ay. The Washington State Clean Air Act requires the use of all kaown, available, and reasonable means of controlling sir pollution, including dust. Dust generated during construction activities can be controlled by wetting those dust sources such as areas of esposed soils, washiag truck srheels before they leave the site, and insta111ag and maintaining gravel construction entrances.
