� <br />The intent of this requirement is to provide screening of the parking <br />area and to ehield car lights from shiniab into the right-of-way. If <br />berming of the planting areas a minimum of one foot in height above the <br />level of the parlcing lot is provided, plaet heights may be reduced to 2 <br />feet. (SEPA Aesthetics and Light and Glare Policies) <br />8. The acceas on Evergreen Way must be removed and replaced with a City <br />Standard driveway 11307. Also, the "C" curb must extend in Evergreen <br />Way approximately 40 feet to the south. <br />9. Traffic control arrows must be painted on the project site's northera <br />entraace and a landscape island must be installed at the northera <br />entrance. Theae additions muat be shown on the final site glan prior <br />to the isauance of any Public Works and Building permits. (SEPA <br />Transportation Policies) <br />10. <br />u <br />Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City <br />Public Works inspector. (SEPA Public Services and Utilities Policies) <br />On-sitc detention is required, calculations must be submitted to <br />determine the atorage necessary for the project site. (SEPA Public <br />Services and Utilitiea Policies) <br />The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does aot have a <br />probable significant adverse 3mpact on the eavironment. An Environmental <br />Impact Statement is not required under RCW 43.21C.U30(2)(c). This <br />determinatioa ass�es compliance with srate law and City ordinancea related to <br />geaeral environmental protection including but not limited to right-of-cray <br />improvement requirements, drainage, etc. This decision was made after review <br />of a comgleted eavironmental checklist and other iaformatioa on file With the <br />lead agency. This informatioa is available to the public on request. This <br />Detersinatioa of Non-Sigaificaace is specifically conditioned on compliance <br />y�ith tue conditions attached hereto which are incorporated by reference as if <br />fullq set forth herein. <br />Thia DNS is iesued under 197-11-340(2); the lead agency will not act oa thie <br />proposal for 15 days from the date below.
