The City of Everett prohibits outdoor burning; therefore, outdoor burning for the purpose of disposing of conetruction debris or rubbish will not be permitted. b. Fire hydraats and access roads muet be in service prior to co�encement of construction and fire sa£ety practices during construction muet be in compliance crith Article 87 of the Uniform Building Code. c. Construction activities to be in compliance with Uniform Fire Code, 1985 Fdition, Article 87, "Fire Safety During Conetruction." d. Apartment pre�ises must be identified at street entry, and each building and apartment is to be clearly identified so as to be visihle and legible from the access roads. e. Fire lanes must be provided as required in Everett Municipal Code 4.6.44. Red painted curbs with white stenciling of the words "NO PARKING - FIRE LANE" and vertical signs stating "NO PARRING - FIRE LANE - VIOI.ATORS MAY BE TOWED" to be located as approved by the Fire Marahal. f. Any security fence erected around the construction site must be so located ae to not obstruct any esisting hydrant, other fire protection equipment, or any Fire Department access. If Fire Department access is obstructed, gates or other openings must be provided for access. 2. A copy of detailed Landscaping aad Screening requirements can be obtaiaed from the Planning Department for your project. Thoae standards and require�eats are highly RECOTII�NDED, but not yet r:quired by the Everett Municipal Code. If street trees are being pronosed, please refer to the City approved list of recommeaded street trees. A copy can also be obtained from the City Planning or Parks and Recreation Departments or from the project plaaner. 3. City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all t:imea during construction. Dust suppression and street cleaniag must accur as directed by the Public Worka Inspector. 4. Performance guarantees are required for the curb, gutter and aidewalk. �
