A one-year guarantee is required on the public atreet, utility and site �I <br />landscaping for an amount not less thaa lOX of the cost of constructioa <br />and sha17. run for one year from the date of issuance of the first <br />Occupancy Permit for the project. <br />6. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and wates systems will be <br />required to he auUmitted per City deaign aad coastructioa standards and <br />specificationa. <br />7. The Police Department has the follosaing security recommendations: <br />a. The perimeter doors should be solid core with 190 degree to 220 <br />degree sride aagle viewera and single cylinder deadbolts with 1" <br />throw and at least 3" screws securing striker glate. <br />b. Bay windowa should overlook the parking lot for increased <br />security of vehicles. <br />c. Sliding g]ase doors should have Charlie bars installed for <br />optimum security. <br />d. Lighting of the parlctng lot should be a minimum of 1-2 foot <br />candles. <br />e. During the final stages of coaatructioa, please contact <br />Dick Tharnberry, Crime Prevention Officer, at 259-0416 for <br />further security recommendations. <br />8. GTE Northwest has facilitiea at this location. GTE Northwest t�ae <br />confirmed that they will provide aervices to the proposed project site <br />and that aew telephone cable conatruction will be required during site <br />developmeat. Any entrance to buildings must be coordinated at least 60 <br />days in advance.
