A propoaed subdivisioa (10 or more lota) or binding aite <br />plaa for which a fully completed application has beea filed prior to the <br />effective date of thia ordinaace, shall be reviewed in accordance with the <br />zoning ordinaace(s) ia e4fect at the time of application for preliminary <br />approval. Lota created by subdivieions and binding site plana for which <br />completed 6uildiag pexmit applicationa are su�itted shall be governed by <br />the zoning regulations or terma of approval required by RCW 58.17.170; <br />provided, however, ia the event there are any major changea made to the <br />approved final plat or hiading site plaa, the building permit applicatioa <br />shall be reviewed in accordance �aith the zoning ordinance(s) ia e=fect at <br />the tiae of buildiag permit application; aad <br />8. Aay land use application not previously listed ia thie <br />section iacluding a special property use permit for wnich a completed land <br />use appllcatioa has been filed prior to the effective date of this ordinance <br />rrhich complies crith the ordinaacea and laws in effect at the time of filing <br />crnich reaults ia the issuance of a land use pexmit (approval) shall be� <br />subject to the zoniag ordinaacea ia effect at the time of filing; provided, <br />a completed building peffiit application is filed pursuant to such approval <br />ei.thia ninety (90) days of the date of approval which reaults in the <br />iasuance of a building pezmit. <br />C. This ordinaace shall become effective fifteea (15) days after it <br />becomea valid. <br />D. Section 37 of this ordinance, Environmeatally Sensitive Areas, is <br />iaterim and shall remain in effect uatil Jamiary 15, 1991. <br />E. All sectiona of Ordinaace No. 4041 are hereby superseded by this <br />ordinance ezcept for Section 4, Sectioa 5(A), (B), (C), (D) a� (E) and <br />Section 13. <br />F.
