Because of the settlE�ment-sensitive nature of <br />this project we do not accept responsibility for the performanc�e of the foundation or <br />earthwork unless we are retained to review the construction drawings and specifications, and <br />to provide c�nstruction observation and testing �ervices. <br />Eerth Canauhenta, Inc. <br />
