APPEALS TO HEARING EXAMINER FOR BINDING SITE PLANS: All appeais of <br />decisions relating to binding site plans shall be made to the Hearing Examiner. Such <br />appeais must be made in writing and filed with the office of the Hearing Ex��miner within <br />14 calendar days from the date on which the preliminary decision was rendered.
