A traffic mitigation fee of 536,900.00 shall be paid prior to the issuance of building <br />and public works permits in accordance with ihe Ciiy's Traffic Mitigation Ordinance. <br />(SEPA Transportation Policies) <br />The lead agency for ihis proposal has determined that it does not have a probable <br />significant adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement is <br />;�ot required under RCW 43.21 C.030 (2). This deiermination assumes compliance with <br />State law and Cily ordinances related to general environmental protection including but <br />not limited to right-of-way improvemenl requirements, drainage, etc. This decision �vas <br />made aiter review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file <br />with the lead agency. This information is available io the public on request.
