A traffic mitigation fee of 536,900.00 shall be paid prior to the issuance of building <br />and public works permits in accordance with ihe Ciiy's Traffic Mitigation Ordinance. <br />(SEPA Transportation Policies) <br />The lead agency for ihis proposal has determined that it does not have a probable <br />significant adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement is <br />;�ot required under RCW 43.21 C.030 (2). This deiermination assumes compliance with <br />State law and Cily ordinances related to general environmental protection including but <br />not limited to right-of-way improvemenl requirements, drainage, etc. This decision �vas <br />made aiter review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file <br />with the lead agency. This information is available io the public on request. This <br />Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance is specifically conditioned on compliance <br />wiih the conditions attached hereto which are incorporated by reference as if fully set <br />forth herein. <br />You may appeal this determination by filing an appeal on forms provided by ihe <br />Planning Department and a fee to the Planning/Community Developmeni Permit <br />Services Counter at 3200 Cedar Street, 2"d Floor, no later than 14 days from the date <br />the MDNS bacomes final (which is after the 14-day comment period). <br />Responsible <br />Official: Robert A.
