A traffic mitigation fee of $36,900.00 shall be paid prior to the issuance of building <br />and public works permits in accordance with the City's Traffic Mitigation Ordinance. <br />(SEPA Transportation Policies) <br />The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable <br />significant adverse impact on the environrr��nt. An Environmental Impact Statement is <br />not required under RCW 43.21C.030 (2). This determination assumes compliance with <br />State law and City ordinances related to ge�eral environmental protection including but <br />not limited io right-of-way improvement raquirements, drainage, etc. This decision was <br />made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file <br />wiih the lead agency. Ttiis information is availab�e to the public on request. This <br />Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance is spE�cifically conditioned on compliance <br />with the conciitions attached hereto �Nhich are incorporated by reference as if fully set <br />�ar�h herein. <br />The Proposerl MDNS is issued under 197-11-355.
