Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public V�lorks Department, showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and all required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, approved and warranted before the final approval is granted. Building and Construction permits are required for this project. NOTE: The International Building Code will be in effect in the City of Everett as of July 1, 2004. There is a City of Everett water main that runs through this site in an easement. Any relocation of this main made necessary by the new building addition shall be at ihe expense of the applicant. The city's easement for the main shall be modified as required to accommodate the new lucation. 4. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with Ordinance 1998-94 and subseque�nt revision are applicable. These charges are based on projected water usage and can be substantial. The applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of the Ordinance and determine estimated charges prior to building permit applicant. The actual charges shall be computed by the Public Works Departrnent per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to the information on the approved plai�s at the time of building permit issuance. 5. Lack of comment on the plans submittad with the application does not constitute approval of these H!ans. 6. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust suppres�ion and street clE�aning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. 7. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the city Public Works Inspector. �C
