19. Security Fence - E;ny security fence erected around tha construction site shall be <br />located so as to not obstruct any existing hydrant, fire protection equipment, or Fire <br />Department access. If Fire Department access is obstructed, gates or other <br />openings sha�! be provided for accas�. <br />20. Premise Ideniification - Premises shall be clearly identified by the correct address <br />at the street entiy. Buildings shall he clearly identified so as to be visible and <br />legible from the access road. Indi�idual aFartm�:��., and suites, where applicable, <br />shall be clearly and legibly identifi�ad from the access roed. <br />21. PREMISE iDE�lTIFICATIOP! Fire Alarm Svstem, - An approved automatic fire detection system shail be provided <br />as required by G'ity Ordinanr,e �lo. 19C::-a2, Chapter 16.76, of the Everett <br />Nlunicipal Code. <br />Plans for such �ystem sf�all be submiited to the Fire Nlarsha! for review and <br />approval prior to installation. Submittal st�all include cut sheets of all equipment <br />intended for use. A.ppropriate trip tests, witnessed by a Fire Department inspector, <br />shall be perform� d, along witn a certificate of completion, prior to flnai accepiance <br />of the system. <br />Fire �larm systenis shall be installed according to NFPA Standard 72. Installation <br />of fire alarm components, including basic wiring, may not commence before plans <br />are approved by �he Fire Department Plan Reviewer. Fire alarm dravdings must be <br />prafessionally i�enaered, in sufficient deiail, and must be internally consistent. <br />Riser diagr��!ns must match installation plans and lead calculations. Components <br />must he listed and approveci for use together. Changes to plans must include new <br />drawings and c2lculations and rn�ist be aaproved by the Fire Department Plan <br />Reviewer orior to installatiori: F'ire ala� ni installation is subject to field inspection by <br />a Fire Department Inspectur. An approved set o� plans and tne Building <br />Uepartment electrical permit must be press�i for uny installation inspection. <br />Fire alarm systems shall be �nstalfed under permit of the City of Everett Building <br />Deparfment.
