Location: The project is located West of Evergreen Way and East of and adjacent to Beverly <br />Lane at the intersections with SR 526, in Everett, Washington. <br />• Project Address: 8130 Evergreen Way, Everett WA 98201. <br />• Project Purpose: Provide additional parking spa�;e for retail business. <br />• Temporary Erosion Control will include cover practices that minimize the time and area bare <br />earth surfaces are exposed to runoff; and other Best Management Practices (BMP's) to <br />reduce the generation pollutants and to contain or control generated pollutants. <br />• The stormwater management system wil <br />convey runoff from the proposed parkir�g <br />quality system will be designed to meet <br />Everett (ESMM). <br />Existi.ng Conditions Summary <br />I include catch basins and pipes to collect and <br />area. The renovated Firestone <br />building and its associated parking borders the site on the East with K-Mart and iYs associated <br />parking bordering the site on the North. To the West is Beverly Lane, a two lane paved residential <br />street. The East shoulder of Beverly Lane, adjacent to the project site, is unimproved. <br />Pmposed Conditions Summary <br />The new parking surface will require detention to be upgraded from the current conditions. The <br />project area is approximately 0.92 acres, with 0.67 acres propoaed impervious surface. The <br />driveable surface area is 0.47 acres. Per the Ciry of Eve!ett manual the existing conditions fr�r the <br />e site will be modeled to the conditions pre-developed. After conversations with City of Everett <br />� Public Works Department Engineers (12/7/02 Jane Zimmerman), existing conditions will be grass <br />with a curve number of 85 per SCS Western Washington Runoff Curve Numbers Table.
