downstream Analysis <br />Stormwater ct�rrently sheet ilows to a catch basin located in Beverly Lane, then discharges to a <br />ditch along the east slioulder of Beverly Lane. The ditch conveys the runoff irom ihe east Yz of <br />Beverly Lane and purtions of the K Mart loading dock area. Ditch fiow continues to the north <br />where it ties into a conveyance system at the intersection <br />approximately Y2 mile north of the project site. <br />Operadons and Maintenance Guidelines <br />of Beverly Lane and 79'" PI. SE, <br />The recommended stormwater site plan includes new stormwater detention facilities that require <br />inspection and maintenance effort. A maintenance program shall be implemented to inspect <br />catch basins, manholes, wetpond pond, outfalls, and ditches on a regular basis to identify areas <br />where erosion or sediment collection is a problem �nd to ensure proper functioning. 7he initial <br />schedule may be adjusted based on site experience. <br />The plan should include the regular inspection and cleaning of catch basins and storm drains. <br />Frequent sweeping and pickup of loose refuse should also be employed to preserve water quality <br />aiid reduce the maintenance required for the stormwater facilities. <br />Accumulated sediment and fluids removed by vactor truck must be removed and disposed of at <br />suitable disposal sites. Sites should be certified approved for accepting road generated <br />sediment wastes by WSDOE or local agen�ies with proper authority.
