Provide adequato facilities with hot water to clean utensils used in <br />lemonade/syrup preparation and to clean refrigeration and freezer units. <br />2. The Flealth �Jistrict operating permit application process must be completed <br />prior to opening tor business. <br />If there are any sfgniticant changes or additions to your layout or equipment, the <br />Snohomish Health District must be notified. <br />A pre-operational inspection is required prior to opening for business. Please <br />contact the Food Program office about one week in advance to schedule an <br />appoininient. This will insure compliance with the Rules and Regulations of the <br />State Board of Health for Food Service Sanitation (WAC 248-84). <br />Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
