A two year guarantee ie required for private detention facilitiea <br />aerving areas larger than one (1) acre. <br />5. On-eite water main muat be vithin an easement to the City. The <br />eaeement will be submitted to the City prior to ieauance oE permite. A <br />surveyor regiatered in the State of Washington muet stake the water <br />main prior to conatruction. <br />
