Lo shield car lights from shi¢ing into the right-of-wuy. If <br />bermin� of the planting arras a minlmum of one foot in height above the <br />level ot the parking lot is provided, plant heights may be reduced to 2 <br />feet. (oEPA Aesthetics and Light and Glare Policies) <br />8. A minimum of 5% of the parking area must be landscaped in compllance <br />with Section 19.40.050 of the 2oning Code and Section 1.13 of the <br />Stand2.rds and Specifications Manual. Plantings must consist cf a <br />minimum of 75% of the area in groundcover and a minimum oF 6 evergreen <br />trees or shrubs for each 1D0 square feet of required landscaped area. <br />Plantings should be n minimum of three fect in height at time of <br />planting. (SEPA Aesthetics and Light and Glare Policies) <br />The lead agency for this propoeal hae determined that it does not have a <br />probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental <br />Impect Stateoent is not requirEd under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This <br />determination assunes compliance with state law and City ordinances relnted to <br />general environmental protection including but not limited to right-of-way <br />impiovement requirements, drainage, etc. This decision was made after review <br />of a completed environmental checklist and otlier infoxmatio¢ on file with the <br />lead agency. This informatio¢ is available to the public on request.
