On -site watennain will be staked within an easement to the City. The easement must <br />be submitted to the City prior to the issuance of permits. <br />20. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems must be submitted per City <br />Design and Construction Standards and Specifications. <br />
