These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions <br />or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). <br />All references refer to the 1997 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the State of <br />Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1997 Edition, unless stated <br />otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1) This is a non-structural review only. The structural design will be reviewed upon <br />receipt of the metal building plans. <br />2) The second floor does not meet the area requirements of a mezzanine and should <br />be shown in the code data section as a second story. The allowable area <br />calculations should reflect the area of the second story.
