Revised <br />information includes the existing and new building areas and total allowable building areas for the <br />ply. <br />2) All walls supporting the 1-hour occupancy floor/ceiling assembly will be 1-hour rated. Please see revised <br />sketches attached. All I -hour walls supporting I -hour occupancy separation floor/ ailing assemblies shall <br />have (1) layer of 5/8" type `x' gwb typical each side. Complies with GA File No. WP 1200. <br />3) The existing Type 111-N building will be changed to Type V-N construction. The existing building is <br />separated by a 7"± wall panel which provides at least 1-hour Occupancy separation for those area with <br />different uses. All doors penetrating this occupancy separation wall are I -hoe rated See door schedule. <br />This information was presented to Dave DeHasn of the City of Everett Fire Department last year prior to <br />pre -application. He approved this design concept as long as we sprinkle the entire structure. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this response letter or if you need any additional information at (425) <br />252-2153.
