Structural: The final construction drawings for the metal building should be listed as <br />deferred submittals on the cover sheet. The plans/specifications are required to be <br />submitted prior to construction of that component of the project. Section 106.3.4.2. <br />2. Second ;dory. The area of the second floor should be included in the allowable area <br />justification on the coversheet as it is no longer a mezzanine. For clarity, the area of <br />both halves of the building should be shown (including the canopy area) as it is one <br />building. <br />4b. Occupancy Separations. Minimum one -hour fire -protection should be shown for the <br />perimeter steel columns that support the beams of the one -hour occupancy separation <br />at grid lines M-1 & M-2.
