4. Any landscaping trees planted undemeath power lines should not exceed 15 feet at <br />maturity. Extreme caution should be used when working aound high volta�e lines. <br />5. GTE Northwest Incorperated will provide service to the site. However, new telephone <br />cable construction will be required in conjunction with the 3ite development. GTE's <br />engineeriny will begin when they are notified of your construction schedules and <br />telephone requirements. <br />If a rearrangement of existing cablos on premises or on the right-of-way is necessary, <br />appropriate charges will be estirnated and GTE's Guaranty of Payment fortn will be <br />forwarded to you for your signature. Prior to commencement of GTE's engineering for <br />such rearrangement, a deposit will be required. To insure timely telephone service, <br />GTE requests ninety (90) days lead time for engineering, procurement, and inst211ation <br />of cable and/or GTE's equipment. <br />Please contact Michael Hupf, SEnior Engineer, at 356-4052 should you require <br />additional information. <br />
