Premises identification, fire hydrants and access roads must be in service prior to <br />commencement of construction. <br />38. Fire safety practices during construction must be in compliance with the Uniform Fire <br />Code, 1985 Edition, Article 87, "Fire Safety During Construction." <br />39. Dumpsters over 1.5 cubic yards capacity shall be located a minimum of five feet from <br />the building (UFC 1103.2.2, 1994 Edition). <br />40. The Washington State Clean Air Act requires the use of all known, available, and <br />reasonable means of controlling air pollution, including dust. Dust generated during <br />construction activities can be controlled by wetting those dust sources such as areas oi` <br />exposed soils, washing truck wheel� before they leave the site, and installing and <br />maintaining gravel construction entra.�ces. Construction vehicle track-out is also a <br />major dust source. Any evidence of irack-out can trigger violations and fines from the <br />Department of Ecology or the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency. <br />41. This proposal must comply with all conditions and requirements of the Binding Site Plan <br />Preliminary Approval (BSP #5-95). <br />GENERAL INFORMATION <br />The Snohomish County PUD currently has sufficient capacity to serve the proposed <br />development. For further information about the electrical service requirements for this <br />project, please call the DistricYs Customer Engineering Office, EvErett at 258-8272. <br />2. The proposed development is aiijacent to the west property line of the PUD's Olivia Park <br />substation. The proposed development could impact the property and easement. In <br />order to fully assess any impact, the PUD requests to review construction drawings, <br />including preliminary grading and drainage plans. <br />3. The PUD has indicated that a permit will be required in order to make a connection to <br />the PUD's draininage system. <br />
