0 <br />Subject: Sewage Disposal System at Olivia Park Trailer Court <br />April 14, 1988 <br />Page 2 <br />Rt this time, the following action must be initiated by Olivia Park Trailer <br />Court: <br />1) Begin immediate and regufar pumping of the septic tank to eliminate <br />the surface discharge of sewage effluent. We will be revisiting the <br />site within 7 days to insure that this is occurring. <br />2) Submit to this office documents and/or receipts certifying that <br />regular pumping of the septic tank is occurring. <br />3) Submit to this office, in writing, within 14 days, a letter stating a <br />reasonable time when the Olivia Park Trailer Court will be connecting <br />to the available Everett sewer system. <br />If you have any questions you may contact me at 339-5250. <br />Sincerely, <br />C-� <br />��- ```� <br />Layne A.
