FOR DEVELOPER: <br />1. Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and Construction <br />Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department <br />showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm <br />drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and all <br />required improvements in the public right-of-way. Public Works <br />Department approval of these drawings is required prior to any <br />permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, <br />approved, and warranted before -,Occupancy permits are issued.- 2. No driveway access will :be p6itted on Everett Mall Way. <br />3. Any'driveways,on Everet_•Mall Way must be removed and replaced <br />with curb, gut%er and Adewalk per City standards. <br />4. Any broken ordamaged sidewalks shalbe repaired/replaced per <br />the City.Public Works Inspector. <br />MO <br />5. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in <br />accordance with Ordinance 1171-85 are applicable. The actual <br />cost shall be computed by the Building Department per the <br />ordinance in effect at the time and according to the information <br />provided on the approved plans on the date of permit issuance. <br />6. City'rstreets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times <br />during construction. Dust suppression and street cleaning must <br />occur as directed]lby the Public Works Inspector. <br />7. Permits must be obtained for all fill removed from the site and <br />placed within the City limits. <br />A Hydraro <br />ect Approval may be required by the stated <br />Department of Fisheries for any work performed within the stream <br />channel. The Applicant must provide documentation from the state <br />which�''indicates whether such a permit is required. <br />9. A on =year guarantee is required on the public improvements for <br />an amount not less than lot of the cost of construction and shall <br />run for one year from the date of issuance of the first Oc` �upancy <br />Permit for the project. <br />10. On -site watermain will be staked within an easement to the City. <br />The easement will be submitted to the City prior to the issuance <br />of permits. <br />11. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will <br />be required to be submitted per City design and construction <br />standards and specifications. <br />12.
