Fi���; <br />pre-application meetings are meant to be inf�rmation dissemination <br />meetings and are not meant to provide you with specific requirements <br />you must comply with. The final requirements can only be determined <br />after we review a formal application from you. We would also like <br />to make the following clar.ifications to your summary: <br />1. Item 3 a. - The City is currently a p�iblic right-of-way, <br />ho�.uever we expect that. the designation nay change in the <br />fu�=ure. Access will not be permitted to that road. <br />?.. Item 3 b. - The City will probably require you to landscape <br />th�a area around the pole and anchor and the area in between <br />the two. <br />3. Item 3 c.(5) - For constr.uction �f unc9erground fuel tanks, <br />you wi?1 be required to construct a 1,000 gall.on underground <br />storage area to collect any potential fiiel spills on the site. <br />Detention of stormwater is a separate issue. You can either <br />pay into a fund for a regional detention facility or provide <br />on-site detention for your stormwater. ��t the pre-application <br />meeting, we were merely commenting that other developers in <br />the area have decided to construct on-ss.te detention since <br />they had to construct the 1,000 gallon underground storage <br />tank. <br />4. Items 3 c.
