Justin Osemene will be the project lead for the city. <br />2. Fire Dept. Camments: <br />-'�. Preliminary site plan is acceptable. <br />b. Requirements for the project will 6e per city <br />standard for this type of development, not <br />limited to the following: <br />(1) Emergency shut off switch for gas se:vice. <br />(2) Provide two fire extenguishers. <br />(3) Permit for tank removal and installation. <br />(4) Permit for storage and dispensing gas, by tenant. <br />(5) Xrash enclosure required to be 5' from building <br />unless of approved material, i.e. (7r1U. <br />(6) Sprinklkers will be c•equired if relail exceeds <br />6,000 s.f. on one floor without separations. <br />
